Is YegaSigur safe to use ?
Yes, YegaSigur Designated Driver service is safe to use, We drive you, your guests in your car to your SafeLocation. To ensure your safety, our YegaSigur Angels (Drivers) will always be of the same gender of the client, our angels will escort you and your vehicle safely, protecting you, your loved ones and your most valuable mobile asset and saving lives.
What is a SafeLocation ?
Your SafeLocation is the place where you feel safe, this is usually your home. You are required to provide a SafeLocation when you register, this allows us to drive you and your car, to that location in case of intoxication.
How much does the YegaSigur Designated Driver service cost ?
YegaSigur has a yearly registration fee of Awg. 25,00 ( for less than Awg2,25 a month). Service costs are calculated based on the engagement fee and the distance between pickup location and SafeLocation. Engagement Fee is Awg 55,00 that includes approved YegaSigur Angels, same gender driver and escort. Distance is calculated based on the distance in Kilometers where the charge is Awg. 2,50 per Kilometer, we charge however in Hectometers (100 meters) to charge the customer as accurate as possible avoiding overcharging the client. Example ; client orders service distance is 10 Km from SafeLocation; calculation: engagement fee Awg 55,00 + 10 Km x Awg. 2,50/Km= Awg 25,00 giving us a Total of Awg 80,00 ( if you have 4 guests in your car, it costs Awg 20,00 per person to get safe home).
Can I schedule a pick-up in advance ?
Yes, once you are registered you can schedule your pick-up in advance. You can send our WhatsApp service line a message and we will schedule the pick-up, without additional charges. VIP clients can schedule with their favorite YegaSigur Angel and they will be ready to pick-up the client.
What are the 3 Golden Rules ?
YegaSigur provides this service to intoxicated drivers that need a designated driver to take them from their current location to their SafeLocation. In order to serve you better and more efficient we observe 3 golden rules: Rule # 1 Car Keys Please ! when our Angels arrive to pick you up, we kindly ask the client to hand over the car keys so we can drive them to their SafeLocation. Rule # 2 Safety Belts Please, when we drive our clients we request that everybody in the vehicle has their safety belt on, failure to follow this rule may lead to refusal of service. Rule # 3 One Way to your SafeLocation, our Angels will drive you, your party and your vehicle safely to your SafeLocation.
Are there any additional requirements for the client?
Yes, when registering the client must provide drivers license and proof of valid vehicle insurance. Fill in their personal information, gender, SafeLocation etc. which will always be kept private. A wallet deposit is also strongly encouraged when registering on the app, to avoid refusal of service.
How do I pay for the service ?
The YegaSigur App has an integrated wallet, where the client can Top Up and deposit into their accounts, by just entering their information on the app. We accept all bankcards as well as credit cards. Unfortunately we can not accept cash for the services we offer. Because of this issue, we recommend depositing before ordering our services.
